A daily diet can include: developing talent pools (or “puddles” as they were recently referred); defining and managing strategies for hiring and retaining staff and articulating to clients how they should cater for the needs to the Digital Generation. And by all accounts, we do some good work.
But is our advice worth anything if we don’t practice what we preach?
